Jeff Simon and Team were invited by BMW to participate in a competition for the renovation of an old warehouse for their NYC showroom and service center.  After winning the competition, our due diligence revealed structural flaws and onerous costs to be dealt with.  We talked them out of the project.  BMW then engaged our Team to work with their Brokers to identify and study alternative sites.  The office tower at 555 West 57th Street had lower floors that were vacated by a gas station.  Our scope of work included overseeing the environmental clean up, code/zoning and Department of Buildings work, design of their showrooms, service center and the redesign of the building façade.
