This advertising agency initially wanted to redesign their multiple floors on 42nd street and invited us to participate in a paid competition to explore possibilities.  Jeff's team lost the competition to David Rockwell, the celebrity designer.  However, FCB's management insisted that Rockwell team with us for our Project Management, Construction Drawing production and Construction Administration skills.  The agency also decided to relocate and leased 270,000 rentable square feet in the former Gimbel's Department Store.  The teamwork proved to be very successful; the design and production management resulted in an extraordinary facility.
