Doctors Krochak and Perlman received a notice from their landlord that their building was being torn down to make room for a new tower.  JSA&D did test fit layout studies of alternative locations until 30 East 60th Street proved suitable for their needs.  The new higher rent prompted an efficient use of less space and the older building presented challenges with the infrastructure.  A spa like vibe combined with industrial minimalism creates a comfortable space for these two Dentists to provide their compassionate care.  Curved feature walls mark the entries to the operatories and hold the X-ray and other devices conveniently for the Dentists’ use.  Ducts, pipes, tubes and electric lines are hidden in floor trenches or lowered ceiling spaces contrasting with the higher open beam ceiling.
